The little lady with the big voice on the Central Park teeter totter (OK, so you can’t see the teeter tooter, but its there) is Oregonian Ren Woods.
Director Milos Forman collaborated with choreographer Twyla Tharp in this sequence, where police horses dance along with the flower children. I lived in New York in 1979, and I never saw this happen, but then this is a period piece set in the 60’s, when it probably did.
